I’m a trauma-informed energy healer, and former child and victim advocate with over seven years of frontline experience supporting people through crisis.

Since 2022, I’ve helped hundreds of women release emotional baggage, regulate their nervous systems, and finally feel like themselves again—calm, confident, and grounded from the inside out.

My work blends emotional energy release with nervous system science, offering a powerful alternative to traditional talk therapy and self-help overload.

Before I became a certified Emotion Code practitioner, I spent nearly a decade working in victim advocacy, child protection, and trauma intervention. I was the person who showed up when things fell apart—the safe presence in the middle of chaos. I was strong, capable, and deeply committed to helping others heal.

But over time, I became disconnected from myself.
Holding space for everyone else while ignoring my own nervous system, my own grief, my own needs—it caught up with me. I was emotionally exhausted, stuck in hyper-independence, and constantly swinging between over-functioning and shutting down.

Talk therapy helped. Mindset work helped.
But it wasn’t until I discovered energy healing and nervous system regulation that I started to feel different—lighter, safer, more like myself. I stopped needing to “understand” every emotion in order to release it. I learned how to shift patterns that talk therapy alone couldn’t touch.

And I knew this was what I was meant to offer.
